How to Opt-In

To opt-in to receive text messages from a trendsy.us text messaging program(s), please follow the instructions provided as part of the onboarding sign-up process. For example, you may select or unselect the checkbox that allows us to send SMS to you. By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., cart reminders) from trendsy.us at the mobile number used when signing up. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply.

How to Opt-Out

To stop receiving text messages from a specific trendsy.us text messaging program, text STOP to the number from which you are receiving messages. After doing so, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive text messages from that particular program unless you opt-in again.
This opt-out only applies to the specific program or phone number. You will remain subscribed to any other trendsy.us text messaging programs you may have opted into unless you opt out of each one separately.

Your Mobile Telephone Number

You represent that you are the account holder or have the necessary permissions for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide to trendsy.us. You agree to notify us immediately if your number changes or is deactivated. To notify us, please contact Customer Support at support@trendsy.us.

You agree to indemnify trendsy.us for any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your failure to notify us of such changes, including but not limited to any claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Access or Delivery to Mobile Network Is Not Guaranteed

trendsy.us is not liable for any delays or failures in the delivery of text messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile service provider and is outside of trendsy.us's control. Your mobile network may experience issues that cause delays, message loss, or security concerns.

It is your responsibility to determine if your carrier supports text messaging and if your device is capable of receiving them. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

Supported carriers may vary and are subject to change, but currently include:

  • AT&T

  • Sprint / Boost / Virgin

  • T-Mobile / MetroPCS

  • Verizon Wireless

  • CellCom USA

  • C Spire Wireless

  • U.S. Cellular

  • Carolina West Wireless (CWW)

  • Google Voice

  • …and other participating carriers.

Please note: Carriers are not responsible or liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

For help, text HELP to the number you received messages from. You can also contact our Customer Care team at support@trendsy.us for assistance with your subscription or to ask questions regarding your SMS participation.

Eligibility

To participate in trendsy.us's SMS messaging programs, you must:

  • Be a resident of the United States

  • Be 18 years of age or older

By opting in, you certify that you meet these eligibility requirements. trendsy.us reserves the right to request proof of age or eligibility at any time.

Changes to SMS Terms and Conditions

trendsy.us may revise these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting at:

Your continued participation in any trendsy.us text messaging program constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed.

Termination of Text Messaging Services

We may suspend or terminate your participation in any trendsy.us SMS program at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

  • You violate these Terms

  • Your mobile number becomes invalid or deactivated

  • Your mobile service is terminated

We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of our messaging services at any time, with or without notice.
